Very interesting news:� Scientists find “Goliath” inscribed on pottery.

Once again, archaeology seems to bear out what we’ve known all along — that Holy Scripture is not only true, it is also verifiable as an historical account. Now, I have no doubt that some will very quickly attempt to spin this as not being the case (”unrelated,” “unverifiable,” etc…) but it sure is nice to see. It’s not necessary, mind you, but it still is nice from an apologetics point-of-view.
