A Cogent Mélange of Lutheran & Pop-Culture Punditry
Yay for me
I finally got something accomplished, and it only took me about 9 months!
My iTunes library/collection is now properly up-to-date, and has everything nicely tagged, titled, & classified — including album art.
All 16gb/3745 songs of it.
It took me way too long, and was more involved than I had originally anticipated, or wanted, largely due to my OCD/anal-retentive need to include album art.
Y’see, part of the problem for me was that I haven’t been using my iPod during the interim, because I didn’t want to have to unload/reload/sync-up the library as I was working on getting it updated. It offended my OCD/a-r nature. Plus, I foolishly thought that it would push me to get it done sooner. Sure, I inconvenienced myself, but I convinced myself that it was both good sense and beneficial. I’m quirky like that — I like to think it’s part of my charm.
Yeah. Right.
All it did was get me out of the habit of downloading & listening to Issues, Etc. — which, of course, is not a good thing.
Ah, well, it’s nice to have gotten something done.
