Americans Would Get Rid of Electoral College

Well, most Americans are stupid. But, then, that’s not a surprise is it?

By amending the Constitution to abolish the Electoral College, and replacing it with a system in which the winner is the candidate with the most votes nationwide, we will ensure that the method of electing the president and vice-president is fair and uniform.”"

She’s a moron. Such an amendment would open the gates to rule by mob rather than rule by law, and we’d be opening the floodgates to a level of corruption & abuse heretofore unseen.

If anything, we should get back to the system the founders put in place, and take the Senate vote away from the popular vote, and put it back to the State legislatures where it belongs.

We’re a representative, federal/democratic Republic, folks, not a direct democracy. There is a difference…
